Biography:
María Lajarín graduated in Pharmacy in 2012 and later completed her Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine in 2023 at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her doctoral research focused on antimicrobial discovery and mechanisms of action, strengthening her expertise in microbiology, molecular pathways and therapeutic innovation.
She has accumulated ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, contributing to R&D projects across multiple categories. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with diverse institutions and multidisciplinary teams, supporting scientific development, product evaluation and innovation strategies within the health and dermocosmetic sectors
