Abstract:
Labiaplasty has gained increasing attention as part of intimate aesthetic and functional genital rejuvenation. Traditionally performed using scalpel-based surgical techniques, this procedure is now evolving with the integration of laser technology. This presentation aims to compare the outcomes, indications, and patient satisfaction levels between conventional surgical labiaplasty and CO? laser assisted labiaplasty, both performed in an outpatient setting. Drawing from clinical experience and case series, we will explore the advantages of CO? laser techniques, including reduced intraoperative bleeding, minimal postoperative discomfort, faster healing times, and improved aesthetic outcomes. Potential limitations and patient selection criteria will also be addressed, alongside a discussion of complications and long term follow-up.
