Abstract:
The abstract presents new approaches to treating erosive-ulcerative lesions of the skin in patients with severe skin diseases (acantholytic pemphigus, trophic ulcer, chronic ulcerative pyoderma). As a local preparation, the article discusses the anti-inflammatory, wound-healing effect of Glaucocide powder. The composition of the preparation and its action are described. Clinical results on the effectiveness of Glaucocid powder in erosive-ulcerative skin lesions have been presented, indicating the high effectiveness and safety of the drug, which can be recommended for dermatological practice.
Biography:
Shakhnoza Zakirovna Mavlyanova, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, and Head of the Dermatoses Research Laboratory at the Scientific and Medical Center for Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She has been working in this field for over 30 years. In 2004, She defended her doctoral dissertation. She study allergic skin diseases, pemphigus, and vitiligo, and have developed new diagnostic and treatment methods. Under my supervision, fundamental, applied, and innovative grants have been implemented. Four DSc and seven PhD dissertations have been defended under her supervision. She developed the domestic dermatological line "Fatiderm" for practical dermatology. She has 10 patents for inventions in the field of diagnostics of fungal and skin diseases, a utility model, software diagnostics of the severity of atopic dermatitis for adults and children, physiotherapy procedures, determining the severity of the pathomorphological picture of the skin-pathological process in patients with atopic dermatitis.
