Title : Botulift botanical epigenetic peptide: A regenerative approach to facial aging
Abstract:
Dermal tissue atrophy is a key indicator of skin aging, influenced by both intrinsic (genetic, neuroendocrine) and extrinsic (UV exposure, pollution, stress, and repeated aesthetic procedures) factors. Modern understanding of aging includes microcirculation dysfunction, neuroimmune imbalance, and fascial stagnation, all contributing to decreased tissue regeneration and compromised structural integrity of the skin. Botulift Botanical Epigenetic Peptide is an innovative epigenetic-based approach that combines biomimetic active compounds such as Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, plant extracts including Portulaca, Ginseng, and Horse Chestnut, and essential minerals like zinc and copper. This peptide mimics the neuromodulating action of agents like Botox by inhibiting neurotransmitter release, but in a topical form—making it safe and convenient for regular use. Additional active components provide anti-inflammatory effects, enhance blood and lymphatic circulation, and support collagen and elastin synthesis by stimulating the expression of genes regulating the extracellular matrix (ECM). The inclusion of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) shows potential in protecting ECM structure from oxidative damage while promoting skin cell regeneration. This presentation will explore the biophysiological and molecular pathways involved in the action mechanism of the Botulift Botanical Peptide and its clinical benefits in regenerative aesthetic practice. Emphasis will be placed on the synergistic roles of peptides, phytotherapy, and anti-aging minerals as non-invasive therapies to maintain facial skin health and holistically slow down the aging process.
