Dermatology Regulation and policy
In addition to being conventional skin specialists, today's dermatologists also practice as dermatologic surgeons and cosmetologists. Cosmetic operations are becoming increasingly popular. Cosmetic operations carry the danger of malpractice lawsuits, which could result in a dissatisfied patient and a time-consuming lawsuit against the doctor. As the legislation differs greatly in different parts of the world, developing a law for the entire world is nearly difficult. The dermatologist should be informed of local legislation governing clinic dimensions and basic standards for specialized clinics.
